Bradley Cooper made an amazing transformation for his role in the A Team movie. He added muscle and got a great set of abs. It took six months of hard work, but it was well worth it for the final result.
Bradley Cooper workout involved a 3-2-1 split of cardio, strength training, and core exercises. He performed 10 minutes circuits of each to create an hour long workout routine.
10 minutes: cardio circuit
10 minutes: strength training using 3 compound exercises (bench press, squats, pullups)
10 minutes: high intensity cardio circuit (HIIT training)
10 minutes: strength training using 3 additional compound exercises
10 minutes: cardio circuit
10 minutes: core exercises (V-ups, planks)
Cooper also hiked The Grind, a 2,800 foot speed hiking trail in Vancouver. Cooper's diet was kept in check as well as he avoided alcohol, salt, sugar, and flour.
